This website is operated by Kent & Sussex Shooting School. Our principal place of business is near Royal Tunbridge Wells, Kent, England.

By accessing or using this website you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not use it in any way that breaches any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation, or that is fraudulent or harmful.

You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of this website, the server on which it is stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to it.

All bookings made through this website are subject to availability and confirmation by us. A booking is only confirmed once you have received written confirmation from Kent & Sussex Shooting School.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details. Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Prices are displayed in pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice, but changes will not affect bookings already confirmed.

Cancellations made more than 21 days before the booked date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made between 14 and 21 days before the booked date will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the booked date are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a booking due to unsafe weather conditions, insufficient participant numbers, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases a alternative date will be offered. The cancellation and refund policy above still applies. If you arrive late greater than 15 minutes your booking time will be either reduced or cancelled (dependant on arrival time) without refund in part or whole.

Gift vouchers are non-refundable but are transferable to another person. Vouchers are valid for six months from date from of purchase.

All participants must follow the safety instructions given by our coaches at all times. We reserve the right to refuse participation to any person who, in our reasonable opinion, poses a risk to themselves or others, or who is under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Participants must be in good health and disclose any medical conditions that may affect their ability to participate safely. We accept no liability for injury arising from failure to disclose a relevant medical condition. We strongly advise that pregnant women avoid shooting and accept no liability for loss of the pregnancy or injury.

Minimum age for participation is 8 years old. Participants under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who accepts responsibility for their conduct and safety.

All content on this website including text, images, logos, and design is owned by or licensed to Kent & Sussex Shooting School and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this website without our prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kent & Sussex Shooting School excludes all liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of this website or participation in our activities, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law (for example, death or personal injury caused by our negligence).

We do not guarantee that this website will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we accept no liability for any loss caused by a virus, distributed denial-of-service attack, or other technologically harmful material.
